Terms and Conditions

Car insurance payment program for 3, 6, and 10 installments with 0% interest (Full version)

 

Rabbit Insurance Broker Company Limited, an insurance broker located at no. 1032 / 1-5, Krit Building, 2nd Floor, Rama IV Road, Thung Maha Mek Subdistrict, Sathon District, Bangkok 10120 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is pleased to offer 3 types of car insurance payment program with 0% interest; 3 months, 6 months, and 10 months.
 
"Customer" hereinafter referred to as those who agree to buy car insurance with the company and own a VISA / Mastercard credit or debit card issued by a bank in Thailand.
 
1. Conditions for joining the car insurance payment with 0% interest
 
1.1 The company has absolute right and discretion in considering, approving, or refusing to participate in a car insurance payment program with 0% interest.
1.2 Installment type
    1) 3-month installment with 0% interest for customers who purchase any car insurance with insurance premiums (including compulsory insurance, if any) from 5,000 baht or more.
    2) 6-month installment with 0% interest for customers who purchase any car insurance with insurance premiums (including compulsory insurance, if any) from 10,000 baht or more.
    3) 10-month installment with 0% interest for customers who purchase any type of car insurance with insurance premiums (including compulsory insurance, if any) from 20,000 baht or more.
 
 
 
2. Insurance policy shipment and claim
2.1 Customer will receive a preliminary as a confirmation document after the insurance company’s approval.
2.2 Customer will receive an original policy after customer pays the rest of the premium on installments. The policy will be delivered to the address stated in the policy.
2.3 While customer holds a preliminary, customer can make a claim. If you want to claim the coverage of the policy, such as repair, however, customer must pay all outstanding premiums because customer is required to have an original policy as evidence in the notification of the exercise of the coverage.
 
 
3. Payments
3.1 The company will charge a premium at the same rate each month until the scheduled payments (If the insurance premium is calculated with more than 2 decimals, the company reserves the right to round up to only 2 decimals).
3.2 Customer must pay premiums every installment via credit card or debit card only. The payment of insurance premiums in cash is not possible unless customer gets approved by the company on a case by case.
3.3 When customer pays for premium on the first cycle and the company receives the required documents for applying for a car insurance payment program with 0% interest, the company will send your information to the insurance company of your choice for consideration.
3.4 Customer must pay the insurance premium each month according to the specified date. If there is no scheduled premium payment date, it shall be deemed the last day of the month as the due date of payment.
3.5 The company will send an email or SMS notification of the payment every time before the company will make a deduction via credit card or debit card, provided that the customer must have a credit limit or have sufficient amount in the credit or debit card for the payment.
3.6 The customer can change the payment from installment plan to one-time payment any time by notifying the company for acknowledgment and making all outstanding payments within the time specified by the company.
 
 
 
4. Default and policy cancellation
4.1 If you default on your insurance premium payments in any period, the company will notify customers through the following channels
    4.1.1 Telephone or
    4.1.2 Email or
    4.1.3 SMS
4.2 When customer fails to pay the insurance premium in a timely manner, the company will perform the collection every day for 7 days and the customer will be responsible for all the collection fees at the rate of 200 baht per time continuing for 7 days or until the company has received the premium payment in that period (whichever occurs first), the collection fees will be due on the next billing cycle with the premium.
4.3 If customer is unable to pay premiums by the conditions set out in this document, customer acknowledges and agrees that the company has the right to cancel the insurance policy.
4.4 After the policy was terminated, coverage from the insurance company will be suspended immediately and the company will be released from contractual liability and/or liability for any subsequent damages in all respects. Customer will receive their insurance premiums by the premium refund ratio set by the Office of the Insurance Commission. The company will deduct operating expenses in the amount of 1,500 baht if the premium paid by the customer is less than the customer is entitled to return. The company reserves the right not to return the premium that has been paid.
4.5 Customer has the right to cancel the insurance policy at any time by notifying the company in writing. However, the company will refund the money to customer by the refund criteria in clause 4.4.

If you have already made a payment with QR Code/Barcode at the bank counters,
Rabbit Finance cannot receive your payment from 2C2P Payment Gateway and you need to request a refund from the banks on your own.
