EMERGENCY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE (Nationwide in Thailand) 24 Hours
  • RABBIT will provide call center 24hrs to give mechanical advice to members via phone in case of vehicle breakdown. The Member can use this service with unlimited event per year.
  • Due to mechanical breakdown, RABBIT will arrange for the attendance of a vehicle recovery operator to assist at the scene. The Member can use this service 1 time per year without limitation of distance in case of battery runs out or tire leak.
  • Due to mechanical breakdown and repair cannot be affected at the roadside, RABBIT will arrange for the covered vehicle to be towed from the place of breakdown to any destination applies for each service within distance of 25 kilometers. If the distance is more than 25 kilometers, there is an excess charge for THB30 per kilometer and will be responsible by the Member. The Member can use this service once per year.
  • If a Covered Vehicle is immobilized or rendered unroadworthy while on the road due to lack of fuel, RABBIT will arrange for the attendance of a gasoline refill service operator to fill up the gasoline up to 5 liters per event to enable the Member to reach the nearest Service Station. The Member can use this service once per year. On subsequent occasions within the same year, the cost of fuel will be charged to member.
  • If a Covered Vehicle is mistakenly locked, RABBIT will arrange for free spare car key delivery within 20 kilometers from the car to spare car key storage location additional km. will be charged to the Member at THB25 per kilometer. The Member can use this service once per year If the member needs special locksmith, the cost of the locksmith will be borne entirely and directly by the Member.
  • Replacement Vehicle: In the event that the customer’s vehicle is towed away from the breakdown, the Customer Service Centre shall offer and arrange for the delivery of a rental vehicle to the customer and the customer shall be responsible for all the cost from the car rental company.
  • Emergency medical assistance to evacuate and repatriate in the event of a car accident in Thailand only, covers up to THB 250,000 with a limit of 7 people per event.
24 HOURS ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The allowances stated above are subject to the following conditions for each and every case.
  • RABBIT reserves the right to offer only to 4-wheel and under 15-year-old cars.
  • Towing service is provided to eligible vehicles that cannot be started or driven safely under the vehicles’ own power and may be requested as often as required. Additional charges for the towing of vehicles, which have been altered to the extent that they require special procedures and/or equipment beyond that normally required for the towing of an unaltered vehicle are the responsibility of the customer including ferry, bridge or toll road charges for the customer’s vehicle.
  • RABBIT will not be responsible for any cost arising from damage to any goods or commercial goods carried on the vehicle. Member has to transfer the good carried on the vehicle prior to get the assistance service.
  • RABBIT will not be responsible for any assistance services or expenses occurring while the vehicle is towing or carrying more weight/persons than for which it is designed as stated in the manufacturer’s specifications or arising as a consequence of the vehicle being used in motor competition or racing of any kind.
  • RABBIT will not be responsible for any accidental damage or mechanical breakdown arising in respect of any hire or rental vehicle including replacement organized by RABBIT.
  • RABBIT is not responsible for the delivery or return of the alternate Vehicle.
  • RABBIT will not be responsible in the provision of roadside repairs and towing services to a vehicle in the absence of the Member or member’s representative.
  • RABBIT will not responsible for any costs in respect of any breakdowns resulting from or connected with the vehicle manufacturer’s recall.
  • The member will responsible for the cost of spare part, tire recap, tollway, ferry fares etc. Any fraud or modification made to the documents in order to keep part or the whole of the fact, shall immediately terminate RABBIT’s responsibility over any assistance services and expenses.
  • RABBIT will not take any responsibilities for expenses from the customers who drive without a legal driving license and/or have a driver's license not issued by the Department of Land Transport Thailand.- We reserve the right to refuse covering any vehicles which are used for commerce, public or special business.
  • RABBIT will reserve the right to refuse covering any vehicles which are used for commerce, public or special business.
  • The customer’s vehicle’s disablement must have occurred on a public thoroughfare, street, highway, road, public or private parking lot. Service on logging roads, beaches, barricaded or construction areas, racing tracks and restricted service roads is not covered under Emergency Roadside Service.
  • Service will be provided except any problem resulting from the natural disaster and when it is too dangerous for the service vehicle to operate because of prevailing weather or road conditions.
  • The cost for the use of more than two service persons or vehicles is not covered under Emergency Roadside Service.
  • RABBIT is not responsible for the vehicle which proposed for the commercial use.
  • RABBIT reserves the right to offer only to customers who purchase Type1 and 2+ car insurance.

  • RABBIT will be responsible only for the costs of research and/or coordination.
  • The following charges will be the responsibility of the Member such as but not limited to :
    • Costs of goods/services purchased.
    • Any deposit paid.
    • Costs of cancellation.
    • Delivery/shipping costs including insurance cost.
    • Costs incurred in transferring funds to fulfill a request.
  • RABBIT will not locate goods requested for large-scale commercial to the Member. RABBIT will not locate items that are prohibited under the national law or which contravene universally accepted moral or ethical standards.
  • All Concierge and Lifestyle Services are excluded any request involving the use of illegal channels, requests deemed as immoral or unethical (e.g. invasion of privacy) or request which contravene the national laws in force.
  • RABBIT reserves the right to offer only to customers who purchase Typ1 and 2+ car insurance.
